in this batch
Raw terracotta outside, glazed white inside so it holds water. Rinse by hand; detergent bleaches the clay.

Breakage covered
Handmade means yours will differ slightly from the photos. That’s the point, not a defect.
Details
Raw terracotta on the outside and Ash White on the inside, so it holds water without seeping. The outside stays matte and gets a little warmer in colour as it ages. Put branches in it, or leave it empty on a shelf.

ABOUT THE PHOTOS
Two cups, same batch, same glaze bucket.
Ash glaze moves in the kiln. Where it pools you get green, where it’s thin you get the clay showing through. We photograph one piece per design; the one we pack for you is its sibling, chosen by Inês on the morning it ships.
