Looking after stoneware
Dishwasher
Fine for every glazed piece. Raw terracotta, like the outside of the Tall Vase, is hand wash only.
Microwave
Yes, for all glazed pieces. Our glazes contain no metallic lustres.
Oven
Up to 200 °C, but put the dish in a cold oven and let them warm up together.
Stains
Coffee rings on the unglazed foot come off with baking soda and an old toothbrush.
Hairline marks
Cutlery can leave grey lines on matte glazes. A mild powder cleanser removes them.

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, so every order leaves the studio within 2 to 4 days. Orders placed on a firing weekend go out the following Tuesday.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to send back anything unused, in its original packing. Return postage is on you; we refund the full price the day it arrives. Seconds are final sale. That’s how we keep them at 30% off.
If it arrives broken
It happens about once in every 200 parcels. Email a photo of the piece and the box to hello@ledraceramics.com within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement from the same batch if there’s one left, or refund you the same day if there isn’t. You don’t need to send the pieces back.
